Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery services provide access to materials not held in our collections, as well as materials held at other UMS locations. ILL/DD services are available to all Distance and UMA students, faculty, and staff at no charge.

Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery requests are processed electronically through ILLiad (Inter Library Loan internet accessible database), making it quick and easy to request and receive ILL/DD materials. Requests can be submitted and tracked electronically on or off campus through ILLiad's web-based interface, providing secure access, convenience, and expedient processing and delivery.

In order to place an Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery request:

• New users will need to create an ILLiad user profile by selecting 'Create an Account,' below
• Those who are registered can simply login with their username and password
